While their will always be financial benefits in ordering bulk, you will receive the same personalised service when placing the smallest of orders.

Artwork and Design

Varying costs are incurred for Design and logo or Artwork maintenence.

For logos there is an minimum initial setup cost of $50.00 which includes 30 minutes of design work and logo setup. Design and logo setup is $77.00 per hour for each extra hour.

Typically most jobs with a single logo & design will cost no more than $50.00, for jobs with multiple logos allow for extra setup costs. This is a once only cost - once your logo and design has been set up and saved in our system no further engraving will costs apply.

If you have any logos to include in your engraving or printing please email them to adam@nvtrophies.com.au. For a quote on your job please contact us with relevant logos. Be sure to use one of our recommended artwork formats for the best results and price.

Send in your artwork as an Email Attachments, CD, DVD

We can also copy artwork from most USB storage devices

Email attachments should be not larger than 11Mb.
For larger attachments please contact us first.

Files accepted on various media formats, please call to discuss if unsure.
Bromides or Good Quality Prints are ok also.

We are a PC based company.
Please send digital files in formats such as;
Corel Draw, DXF, PLT, DPF, JPG.

Colour Matching

We can match your specific colour.
Please provide PMS code or a sample to match.

Formatting engraving text in an excel spreadsheet

When emailing names in an excel spreadsheet please use the following format

  • Names, titles, awards etc. listed vertically, with each line of text having it's own column
  • The file is saved as your club/company name
  • You may use multiple sheets to split the engraving into groups
  • Formatting your engraving correctly avoids extra set up costs.
  • Download the sample excel sheet below as a guide. If you have any questions please contact us.
    (Make sure you name your Excel file relevant to the job name)
