Adam is the proprietor of N.V.Trophies which he purchased back in August 2006
With a vision of establishing it as a benchmark within the award industry, his enthusiastic and committed approach to all aspects of the business has subsequently lifted N.V.Trophies to a new level of professionalism.

Adam is fully focused on meeting (if not exceeding) the high expectations of all his customers and ensures his team is highly trained and dedicated at all times. He is a strong believer in maintaining team morale at a high level, which reflects positively in all his customers’ dealings with N.V.Trophies.

Gary Knight

Gary is originally from Aberdeen in the Hunter Valley and moved to the Central Coast more than 20 yrs years ago. He has a strong customer service skill and ethics gained throughout a 25 year career in the finance sector & provides our team with a wealth of administrative experience.

Over the years, Gary has been actively involved in many capacities with various committees and sporting Associations on the Central Coast. As such, he fully understands the importance of the award industries being able to provide and maintain the highest level of professional and reliable services.

Attention to detail and a commitment to customer satisfaction are just two of the special qualities that make Gary a valued member of the N.V.Trophies team

Personal interests include greyhounds, reading, watching movies and playing snooker.

Sara Nickless

Meet our latest staff member Sara Nickless. Sara has lived most of her life on the Central Coast and enjoys outdoor sporting activities such as Soccer, Volleyball & enjoying quality time with her family. Sara has a very friendly personality & enjoys dealing with the public. As Sara is a repersentive committee member herself on the coast she understands the importance of supplying the correct item the first time. Sara looks forward in help with all your enquires on a daily basis.
